briefly warmed to make them pliable, then carefully rolled around your choice of filling.

flavorful sauce is prepared using a traditional Oaxacan recipe that combines dried chilies,
tomatoes, onions, garlic, and a carefully guarded blend of spices. The sauce is slow-simmered
to develop deep, complex flavors that are simultaneously smoky, slightly sweet, and mildly
spicy. Each batch is made with care to ensure consistency and authentic taste.

We offer three traditional filling options for your Enchiladas Clásicas:

melted cheese, a drizzle of Mexican crema, fresh cilantro, and diced onions. Accompanied by
